The horses can access the full areas or be separated or you can use the small fenced area inbetween for guest horses. There is a covered area for large hay bales that horses in each pasture can access. There is also a 4 stall barn in the back pasture with the pond. A hay storage feeder is designed for the top to come off to allow easy loading of square bales. There is also a large round pen and third fenced in area or dry lot with two stalls or run in sheds. The front pasture is wood and also has an electric fence line. The well has its own electric meter. There is room for several rv or horse trailers to park and an rv hookup. Several other small outbuildings provide even more storage. The house is beautifully kept and the landscaping around the house is stunning in all seasons.
